1. 接受條款

歡迎使用 Anrotec Inc.（以下簡稱「Anrotec」、「我們」）的網站、AI 助理與相關服務（合稱「服務」）。當您存取或使用本服務時，即表示您同意受本條款約束。如不同意，請勿使用本服務。

2. 服務說明

本服務包含：

• Anrotec 官方網站（介紹公司、產品 AnroOne Pro、AnroHub、產業應用、合作夥伴等資訊）
• 右下角 AI 助理（提供公司與產品相關問題的自動化回覆）
• 聯絡表單（接收業務、技術、合作、公司洽詢）

本服務目前免費提供。我們保留隨時新增、修改、暫停或終止服務全部或部分功能的權利。

3. AI 助理的內容與限制

對於價格、合約、客戶名單、技術規格、組織內部資訊等具體業務議題，請以 Anrotec 真人團隊的正式書面回覆為準。

您不得：

• 嘗試誘導 AI 助理產生違反本條款、Anrotec 利益或第三方權利的內容
• 嘗試破解、繞過或濫用 AI 助理的安全機制或使用限制
• 以自動化方式大量呼叫服務造成過度負載
• 將 AI 助理用於違法、有害或不當目的

4. 智慧財產權

本網站內容（包含但不限於文字、圖片、Logo、設計、原始碼）為 Anrotec 或其授權人所有，受著作權、商標等法律保護。未經書面授權，不得複製、改作、散布、公開傳輸、商業使用。

「Anrotec」、「AnroOne Pro」、「AnroHub」及其他相關標識為 Anrotec 的商標。

5. 您的內容

您透過聯絡表單或 AI 助理對話提供的資訊，授權 Anrotec 在合理範圍內使用以提供服務、改善 AI 品質、進行內部分析。您保證所提供的內容不侵害第三方權利、不違反法律。

6. 第三方連結與服務

本服務可能包含或連結至第三方網站、服務（如 Microsoft、Cloudflare、合作夥伴等）。我們對第三方內容與行為不負責，使用前請參閱該第三方的條款與政策。

7. 免責聲明

本服務以「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或默示的保證，包含但不限於：

• 適合特定目的
• 不會中斷、無錯誤
• AI 內容的準確性、完整性、即時性

在法律允許範圍內，Anrotec 不對因使用或無法使用本服務所生的任何直接、間接、附帶、衍生損害負責。

8. 責任限制

在任何情況下，Anrotec 對因本服務所生之損害賠償總額，不超過新台幣 1,000 元，或法律允許的最低金額。

9. 條款變更

我們可能不定期修改本條款。重大變更時將在本頁明顯位置標示。您於變更後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受新版條款。

10. 準據法與管轄

本條款適用中華民國法律。因本條款或本服務所生之爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Welcome to Anrotec Inc. ("Anrotec", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website, AI assistant, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service includes:

• Anrotec's official website (information about the company, AnroOne Pro, AnroHub, industry applications, partners, etc.)
• The AI assistant in the bottom-right corner (automated replies to questions about the company and products)
• The contact form (for sales, technical, partnership, or corporate inquiries)

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service at any time.

3. AI Assistant — Content and Limitations

For pricing, contracts, customer lists, technical specifications, or internal organizational details, please rely on a formal written response from the Anrotec human team.

You may not:

• Attempt to induce the AI assistant to produce content that violates these Terms, Anrotec's interests, or third-party rights
• Attempt to crack, bypass, or abuse the AI assistant's safety mechanisms or usage limits
• Make excessive automated calls that overload the Service
• Use the AI assistant for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes

4. Intellectual Property

The content of this website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, design, source code) is owned by Anrotec or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, or commercially use it without written authorization.

"Anrotec", "AnroOne Pro", "AnroHub", and other related marks are trademarks of Anrotec.

5. Your Content

Information you provide via the contact form or AI assistant conversations grants Anrotec a license to use it within reason to provide the Service, improve AI quality, and conduct internal analysis. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may include or link to third-party websites or services (such as Microsoft, Cloudflare, partners). We are not responsible for third-party content or behavior; please review the third party's terms and policies before use.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI content

To the extent permitted by law, Anrotec is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In any case, Anrotec's total liability for damages arising from the Service shall not exceed NT$1,000 or the minimum amount permitted by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
